How is Quotera different from a billing or khata app?
Billing and khata apps start after the sale: they record udhar, make bills and track stock. Quotera starts before the deal, with the quotation, the client's yes, the advance and the milestones, so less money becomes udhar in the first place.
Is Quotera really free?
Yes. Every live feature is free while we launch, with no credit card needed. We'll tell you well before anything becomes paid.
Do my clients' payments go through Quotera?
No. Clients pay to your own UPI ID or bank account. Quotera never touches your money.
Does my client need to install an app?
No. They open a link on WhatsApp or email, read the quote, choose options and accept.
Are the documents GST compliant?
CGST + SGST or IGST, HSN/SAC codes, your GSTIN and amount in words on every document. Confirm specific cases with your CA.
